2, service response: Our company has an independent company website, the website will update service information from time to time. Our after-sales service department timely accept customer service needs, to ensure that within 1 hour to reply; After receiving customer repair, Wuhan city 3 hours to arrive at the scene service, domestic 48 hours to arrive at the scene service. Chassis part service support can be carried out at the corresponding chassis maintenance special service station; Install part of the service to Yangtse automobiles special service station for maintenance.

3, spare parts supply: in the whole life cycle of the vehicle to provide customers with Yangtse original factory pure parts, the normal warranty period related costs borne by Yangzijiang; For spare parts outside the warranty period, we promise that spare parts will not be sold to customers at cost price.

4, customer service: to provide customers with vehicle technical guidance and various training.

5, power battery recycling: Our company has the right to dispose of the waste power battery recycling in accordance with the law, we cooperate with the national recognized recycling company, the right to dispose of the waste power battery recycling, inspection, analysis, return and scrap.
